You will be asked to enter your Philippine mobile number, create a secure password, and verify your number via a one-time PIN (OTP) sent by SMS. Once your OTP is confirmed, your account is active and you can proceed to complete your KYC verification to unlock deposits and withdrawals.
Note: You must be at least 21 years old to register on 18club, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations. Age verification is required before your first withdrawal.

KYC stands for Know Your Customer. It is a mandatory identity verification process required by PAGCOR and Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. 18club requires KYC to confirm that you are who you say you are, that you are at least 21 years old, and that your account is not being used for fraudulent activity. To complete KYC, you will need to submit:

No. Each player is permitted to hold only one active 18club account. Creating multiple accounts – whether using different mobile numbers, email addresses, or identities – is a violation of 18club's Terms and Conditions and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances. If you have forgotten your login details, use the account recovery option on the login page or contact our 24/7 support team.

On the 18club login page, click "Forgot Password". Enter your registered Philippine mobile number and you will receive an OTP via SMS. Enter the OTP, then set a new password. Your new password must be at least 8 characters and include a mix of letters and numbers. If you no longer have access to your registered mobile number, contact 18club support via live chat for assisted account recovery.

You can update your contact preferences and notification settings directly from your account dashboard under Account Settings. However, changes to core identity information – such as your registered name, date of birth, or government ID number – require manual review by our KYC team. To request an identity data update, contact 18club support via live chat and provide supporting documentation. This process typically takes 2–3 business days.
Deposits & Payments

The minimum deposit on 18club is ₱100 for GCash and PayMaya transactions. For bank transfers via InstaPay, the minimum is ₱200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though high-value deposits may trigger additional verification in compliance with AMLC regulations. Deposits are credited to your 18club Wallet instantly for e-wallet transactions and within 15–30 minutes for bank transfers.

18club does not charge any fees on deposits. The full amount you deposit is credited to your 18club Wallet. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees – for example, GCash charges a small fee for certain transfer types. Check with your payment provider for their current fee schedule. 18club has no control over third-party payment provider fees.

Most deposits are credited instantly or within 30 minutes. If your deposit has not appeared after 30 minutes, please check the following:
  • Confirm the transaction was successful on your GCash, PayMaya, or banking app and that the amount was deducted from your account
  • Make sure you used the correct 18club deposit reference number or account details
  • Check your 18club Wallet transaction history to see if the deposit is listed as pending

Withdrawals & Payouts

To withdraw from your 18club Wallet, go to your account dashboard and select Withdraw. Withdrawal requests submitted on weekends or Philippine public holidays may experience slight delays. 18club processes withdrawal requests 7 days a week, but your bank's own processing schedule may affect final credit times.

The minimum withdrawal amount on 18club is ₱200 for all payout methods. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit for standard verified accounts, though large withdrawals above ₱50,000 may require additional identity confirmation in line with AMLC reporting requirements. 18club does not charge withdrawal fees, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.

Common reasons for withdrawal rejection include:
  • KYC verification not yet completed or documents pending review
  • The name on your withdrawal account does not match your registered 18club name
  • Active bonus wagering requirements have not yet been met

  • Account flagged for security review due to unusual activity
